is a 1987 cum laude graduate of Wake Forest University where he was inducted into the honorary leadership society of Omicron Delta Kappa and a 1991 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Law School, where he served as Chief Justice of the Holdemess Moot Court Bench. He was also honored as a member of the Order of Barristers and was one of only eight students selected by the law school faculty to receive the James E. and Carolyn S. Davis Society Award for outstanding integrity, leadership, dedication and service on behalf of the law school.
Mr. LeCroy joined the law firm of Stephen T. Daniel and Associates, P.A. in 1991. In 1993, Mr. LeCroy became a partner with Daniel & LeCroy, P.A. Since 1998 he has been the principal attorney and owner of his law practice, named currently LeCroy Law Firm, PLLC
. He is engaged in the general practice of law including family law litigation, personal injury law, workers compensation law, Social Security disability, employment discrimination, business law, estate administration and planning, contract law and criminal law. He has appeared extensively in all trial level and appellate level courts of the State of North Carolina and also in the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Attorney LeCroy is also a member of the North Carolina State Bar.
He and his wife, Sara, have two daughters. Mr. LeCroy is active in the community serving and having served on numerous boards and committees.
